Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, so please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
A $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more before your appointment may have the deposit transferred to a new appointment once.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Clients who do not show for their appointment will forfeit their deposit and may be charged 50% of the remaining service balance to the card on file.
After repeated late cancellations or no-shows, future appointments may require full payment in advance or booking privileges may be restricted.
